Calm & Destress is built on sweet orange, bitter orange, patchouli and sandalwood: bright citrus over a grounded, resinous base. Eco Modern Essentials designed it for diffusing during evening routines, meditation, a workday reset, or any moment that needs taking down a gear. 10ml.

Pure Standard
- Real oils, not fragrance. This is the distinction that matters in home scent. A blend of named essential oils behaves completely differently from a synthetic fragrance compound, and it is the reason we stock diffuser oils rather than plug-ins.
- The blend is named, not hidden. Eco Modern Essentials list the four oils rather than writing "parfum" or "essential oils" and leaving it there. If you react to a particular oil you can check before you buy.
- A little goes a long way. A few drops in a diffuser is the dose. A 10ml bottle lasts far longer than the size suggests, which is the quiet sustainability argument for concentrates.
- Amber glass, not plastic. Essential oils degrade in light and can react with plastic. Amber glass is the correct packaging, and it is recyclable.
- Worth knowing before you buy. Essential oils are potent. Do not take them internally, always dilute before skin contact, and keep them away from pets and small children. Cats in particular process the terpenes in citrus and woody oils poorly, so ventilate the room and never let a pet near the neat oil.

How to Use
- Add a few drops to the water in an ultrasonic diffuser.
- To use on skin, dilute in a carrier oil first. Never apply neat.
- Not for internal use.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets. Ventilate while diffusing, especially in homes with cats.
- Store the bottle upright, away from heat and direct light.
