What makes a body and hand wash low tox?
A low tox body or hand wash avoids SLS, SLES, parabens and synthetic fragrance, cleansing instead with gentle plant derived surfactants and essential oils. Every product here is rated against our Pūrē Standard, so you can see the ingredient quality at a glance.
Are natural hand and body washes gentle on sensitive skin?
Many are formulated specifically for sensitive and eczema prone skin, leaving out the sulphates and synthetic perfume that commonly trigger irritation. Look for the fragrance free and sensitive skin options, and patch test if you are unsure.
Do you stock castile and multipurpose soaps?
Yes. We carry pure castile bar and liquid soaps that are genuinely multipurpose, along with dedicated hand washes and body washes scented with natural essential oils.
