Shipping & Delivery
We are an Australian small business operating from two warehouses — Perth and Melbourne. Orders are allocated based on your location to ensure the most efficient delivery timeframe.

Aus Wide
• Flat Rate by State 
• Free Shipping on orders over $150

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Larger or heavier orders — particularly those containing liquid cleaners or home décor — may incur additional charges in line with Australia Post weight brackets.

Order Processing & Dispatch

In-Stock Items
• Dispatched within 1–4 business days.

Backorder Items
• Dispatched within 5–10 business days.

Certain larger home décor pieces and liquid-based products may be sourced from an alternate warehouse and will be clearly marked as Backorder.

Orders containing backorder items will ship together. Where possible, we consolidate shipments to reduce packaging waste and minimise unnecessary freight movement.

If you require an in-stock item urgently, please contact us after placing your order and we will prioritise dispatch where possible.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times range between 3–14 business days depending on your location. These timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
