Welcome to Purely Organic. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. This site is operated by Purely Organic (ABN 20 018 437 318) ("we", "us", "our").

Products & pricing. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We aim for accuracy, but if a genuine pricing or description error occurs, we may cancel affected orders and refund you in full. Product images are indicative; natural and handmade items may vary slightly.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order — for example, if an item is out of stock or we identify an error. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Availability. We do our best to keep stock accurate, but availability isn't guaranteed until your order is confirmed and dispatched.

Product information. We share honest information about the low-tox products we curate, but we're a retailer, not the manufacturer. Always read product labels and directions, and use products as intended. If you have allergies, sensitivities, or health concerns, check with a relevant professional.

Intellectual property. All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to Purely Organic or our suppliers and may not be copied or used without permission.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
