Shipping Policy

At Purely Organic we dispatch from two warehouses, Perth and Melbourne. Orders are allocated based on your location to get your low-tox essentials to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs. Free standard shipping on all orders over $150. Under $150 we charge a flat rate anywhere in Australia: $14.95 standard or $24.95 express. Nothing is calculated by weight, so a heavy order of liquid cleaners costs the same to ship as a light one. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time. In-stock items are dispatched within 1 to 4 business days. Backorder items are dispatched within 5 to 10 business days. Certain larger home decor pieces and liquid-based products may be sourced from an alternate warehouse and will be clearly marked as Backorder. Orders containing backorder items will ship together, as we consolidate shipments where possible to reduce packaging waste.

Delivery. We ship Australia-wide via reputable couriers. Estimated delivery is typically 3 to 14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote and regional areas may take a little longer. These timeframes are a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Australia only. We currently ship within Australia only and do not offer international shipping.

Tracking and issues. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, or your tracking has not updated, email us at info@purelyorganic.com.au and we will help track it down. We are not responsible for courier delays outside our control, but we will always help resolve any issue.

Incorrect address. Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we will always do our best to assist.
