MONO pillowcase pairs frame your pillow with a bordered edge for subtle structure. Long-staple organic cotton gives this 300 thread count percale a gentle hand-feel, woven one-over-one for a smooth finish that keeps colour looking pure and matte over time. Maize is a soft, yellow-toned neutral: warm rather than bright. GOTS and Fairtrade certified. Every option is sold as a pair.

Choosing your size
- Standard, 50 x 75cm. The everyday pillowcase, with the MONO bordered edge.
- King, 50 x 90cm. The longer lodge format, cut to run the width of a king bed rather than sit in the middle of it.
- Euro, 65 x 65cm. Square, with a shapable split-layer border and colour-matched embroidered edging. These sit at the back of the bed and are what make it look finished rather than just made.
Pure Standard
- This is the piece your face is against all night. Of everything in a bedroom, a pillowcase is where certification earns its keep, and this one is GOTS and Fairtrade certified organic cotton.
- Certified twice over. GOTS covers the organic fibre and the environmental and social conditions it is processed under. Fairtrade covers what the growers were paid. Plenty of bedding claims one. Very little claims both.
- Percale, not sateen. Woven one-over-one for a smooth, breathable finish that stays cool, and keeps colour looking pure and matte rather than shiny as it ages.
- Dyes you do not have to worry about. GOTS prohibits azo dyes that release carcinogenic arylamines, along with chlorine bleaching and formaldehyde finishes.
- Made in India from long-staple organic cotton.

Our Take
Pillowcases are the piece of bedding your face is actually against all night, which is why we care more about the certification here than anywhere else in the range. Percale rather than sateen so it stays cool, a bordered edge that gives the pillow a bit of structure, and GOTS and Fairtrade both certified. The Euro pair is the one that makes a bed look properly finished.
