A thin, pre-measured sheet that replaces the dishwasher tablet and its bulky plastic tub. Plant-derived enzymes cut through grease and food residue, it dissolves completely with no residue, and 80 washes arrive in a cardboard box rather than a plastic bucket you throw out every couple of months.

Key Features
  • 80 washes per pack. One pre-measured sheet per load.
  • Concentrated. A plant-powered formula that lifts grease and baked-on residue.
  • Dissolves completely. No residue and no film.
  • Septic and greywater safe. Suitable if you are on a tank.
  • Free from. Phosphates, bleach, starches, fillers and synthetic dyes.
  • Packaging. Recyclable cardboard, with no tubs or wrappers.
Pūrē Standard
  • The tub is the point. Dishwasher tablets come in a rigid plastic bucket you throw out every couple of months, and most are individually wrapped on top of that. This is a cardboard box.
  • Real enzymes doing real work. Lipase for fat, protease for protein, diastase for starch. That is a proper enzyme complement rather than a single token inclusion.
  • Decyl glucoside sits alongside them. A plant sugar surfactant from the same family used in baby washes.
  • It contains sodium dodecyl sulfate, and we would rather say so. Ease.y Earth describe it as derived from coconut fats, which is accurate, but it sits in the same surfactant family as SLS. If sulfate free is your specific goal, this is not the one.
  • The dissolving film is PVA. A synthetic polymer. Ease.y Earth state it is certified to be fully biodegradable in wastewater treatment conditions. Independent research on how completely PVA breaks down in real-world treatment is still developing rather than settled, so we would rather flag that than claim more certainty than the science supports.

Our Take

The rigid plastic bucket is the reason to switch, and this replaces it with a cardboard box. Real enzymes doing real work: lipase for fat, protease for protein, diastase for starch. 80 washes, no tub, no individual wrappers, no residue.

Good to know

Frequently asked

Do these really replace dishwasher tablets?

Yes, and the tub goes with them. One pre-measured sheet into the main detergent compartment, run your cycle as normal. 80 sheets per pack in a cardboard box rather than a rigid plastic bucket.

Will my dishes smell of lemon myrtle?

No. The scent is designed to leave the machine fresh rather than transfer onto the dishes.

Are they septic safe?

Yes, septic system and greywater safe.

What actually cuts the grease?

A proper enzyme complement: lipase for fat, protease for protein and diastase for starch, alongside decyl glucoside, a plant sugar surfactant.

How honest is the low tox claim?

We score them plainly. They contain sodium dodecyl sulfate, which Ease.y Earth describe as derived from coconut fats, and that is accurate, but it sits in the same surfactant family as SLS. They are free from phosphates, bleach, starches, fillers and synthetic dyes.

Is the dissolving film plastic?

It is PVA, a synthetic polymer. Ease.y Earth state it is certified to be fully biodegradable in wastewater treatment conditions. Independent research on how completely PVA breaks down in real-world treatment is still developing rather than settled, so we flag it honestly.
