A 2x concentrate that took Euclove a year to formulate. They set out to make a laundry wash that performs like a synthetic chemical detergent without being one. Plant-based enzymes do the stain work, Australian made, safe around kids and pets. Choose the 500ml or the 1 litre refill.

- Fifty washes from a litre is the number that matters. A 2x concentrate means you are buying detergent rather than water, and the arithmetic is published rather than implied: 25 washes from the 500ml, 50 from the litre. Most low-tox switches fail because the bottle runs out in a fortnight. This one does not.
- Enzymes are the reason it actually works. Protease breaks down blood, grass and food, amylase handles starch. That is how a plant-based wash competes with a supermarket detergent instead of politely failing at it.
- Euclove name what is in it. Plant-based enzymes, a coconut and sugar derived surfactant, sodium olefin sulfonate, and eucalyptus, pink grapefruit and neroli essential oils for the scent.
- Concentrated, so you ship less water. A 2x formula means half the packaging and half the freight for the same number of washes, and Euclove go up to 5 litres if you want to go further.
- Where we would like more, and it is the one to know. Alongside the coconut and sugar surfactant sits sodium olefin sulfonate, which is a sulfonate surfactant rather than a plant sugar one. Euclove name it themselves and describe it as mild and biodegradable, and it is a gentler molecule than the SLS it replaces, but it is not in the same family as the plant sugar surfactants we stock elsewhere. They also publish the components rather than a full itemised list with percentages.
- And one more. "For sensitive skin" is the brand's positioning, not a certification. If you are managing genuinely reactive skin, our fragrance free options are the safer starting point, because this one is scented with essential oils.
