Mesa Collections Napkins
Cloth napkins in 70% eco cotton and 30% French flax linen, each edged with a contrasting trim. The cotton gives them enough body to hold a fold, the linen gives them the soft, slightly crumpled fall that stops a set table looking stiff. Pure Standard
- The cloth napkin is the original reusable. A pair of these replaces hundreds of paper napkins over their life, and unlike most single-use alternatives there is no trade-off in how they perform. They are simply better at the job.
- Natural fibres, and a deliberate blend. 70% cotton for softness and absorbency, 30% French flax linen for structure and the texture linen keeps after washing. No polyester, and no stain-resistant finish, which is the usual hidden chemistry in table linen.
- They improve with washing. Linen softens rather than degrades, so these are a buy-once item if you treat them gently. Wash cool, line dry, and they will outlast the table.
- A disclosed cause. Mesa Collections state that a portion of every order goes to Food for the Hungry.
- Where we would like more. Mesa do not publish the country of manufacture, the napkin dimensions, or any dye and finishing detail, and they hold no textile certification that we can find. Their own sustainability page is candid that this is a work in progress. Natural fibre is a good starting point, but it is not the same as a tested and certified one, and we have scored it that way.

Care Instructions
