The room spray version of the candle, for when you want the scent without the twenty minutes of waiting. Sea salt on top, ambrette and sage through the middle, sandalwood underneath. Fresh, earthy and woody rather than sweet. Two sprays shifts a room; the whole bottle is 100ml, made in Brisbane on a sugarcane alcohol base rather than a petroleum one.

Key Features
  • Size. A 100ml room and linen spray.
  • The base. Sugarcane-derived perfume alcohol, not petroleum-derived.
  • The scent. Essential oils blended with paraben-free fragrance oils.
  • Origin. Handmade in Brisbane, Australia.
Pūrē Standard
  • Sugarcane alcohol rather than petroleum. Something has to carry the fragrance and evaporate off cleanly. Choosing a plant-derived perfume alcohol over a petrochemical one is an unglamorous decision nobody would notice if the brand skipped it.
  • Handmade in Brisbane. For a glass bottle of liquid, that means a short journey rather than a container from overseas.
  • The ingredient list is short and named. Water, sugarcane perfume alcohol, essential oils, paraben-free fragrance oils. Four things, and you can read them all.
  • Where we would like more, and why Low-Tox sits at 3.5. This is essential oils blended with fragrance oils, not essential oils alone, and Three More Days do not publish the ratio. Notes like ambrette genuinely do not survive as pure essential oils, so the blend is a real formulation choice rather than a shortcut, but it is still a fragranced product and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.

How to Use
  • Where to spray. Mist into the air, or lightly onto soft furnishings and linen.
  • Go easy. Two sprays is usually enough. This is a perfume-strength spray, not an air freshener.
  • Fabric first. Spot-test before you commit, and hold the bottle back from delicate or pale materials.
  • Not on skin. Do not spray towards eyes or directly onto skin.
  • Storage. Keep out of direct sunlight, which degrades both the alcohol base and the oils.

Our Take

Sea salt, sage and sandalwood: the olfactory equivalent of a moody arthouse film you pretend to fully understand. Perfume-strength rather than air-freshener, handmade in Brisbane.

Frequently asked

What does it smell like?

Sea salt on top, ambrette and sage through the heart, sandalwood at the base. Fresh, earthy and woody rather than sweet or floral.

What is in it?

Four things: water, sugarcane-derived perfume alcohol, essential oils and paraben-free fragrance oils. Three More Days do not publish the ratio between the essential oils and the fragrance oils.

Is it essential oils only?

No. It is a blend, and we would rather be straight about that. Notes like ambrette genuinely do not survive as pure essential oils, so the blend is a formulation choice rather than a shortcut, but it is still a fragranced product.

Can I spray it on fabric?

Yes, lightly, on soft furnishings and linen. Spot-test first and hold the bottle back from pale or delicate fabrics. Do not spray towards eyes or directly onto skin.

How much do I need?

Two sprays is usually plenty. This is perfume strength rather than an air freshener, so it goes further than you expect. The bottle is 100ml.

Where is it made?

Handmade in Brisbane, Australia.

Is there a matching candle?

Yes, the same scent comes as a 200g soy candle with a wooden wick, sold separately here.
