Made by worms rather than with sulphuric acid, which is the short version of why this is different. Organic matter that would otherwise go to landfill is processed by Australian earthworms into a live concentrate carrying growth-promoting bacillus bacteria, enzymes, hormones and micronutrients. You cannot burn or overdose a plant with it, which makes it about the most forgiving thing you can put in a watering can.

How to Use
- Shake and open. Give the bottle or pouch a shake, then unscrew the cap.
- Dose. Squirt approximately 1ml per litre into the bottom of your watering can. A few good squirts is about right.
- Dilute. Add water until the solution looks like weak tea. It becomes odourless once diluted.
- Optional boost. Add a pinch of any sugar to supercharge the microbes.
- Water as usual. Repeat every time you water, all year round.
- Storage. Store upright, below 30°C and out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of pets and children.
