- Neutral pH is the entire point, and most brands never mention pH at all. Ordinary detergent runs alkaline because alkaline cleans harder. Silk and wool are damaged by it. This is formulated neutral on purpose, which is why it sits alongside their high-pH everyday wash rather than replacing it.
- No enzymes, which matters more here than anywhere else. Enzymes break down protein, and silk and wool are protein. Plenty of "delicate" washes still contain them.
- No optical brighteners. Brighteners do not clean, they deposit a fluorescent dye so white looks whiter in daylight. On fine fibres that is build-up, not cleanliness.
- Safe for sensitive skin and babies. Stated by the brand rather than implied.
- Greywater safe and biodegradable. Which matters if your laundry water goes on the garden.
- Vegan and not tested on animals. Gluten free, and made in Australia.

How to Use
- Hand washing. 2 capfuls (10ml) into a bucket or sink.
- Front loader. 4 capfuls (20ml).
- Top loader. 4 capfuls (20ml) for an average load, up to 6 capfuls (30ml) for a large one.
- Keep out of direct sunlight. And use within 12 months of opening.
