That is a higher bar than a general surface spray has to clear. We would move this to five out of five the day Koala Eco publish the test report sitting behind the 99.9%.
- The concentrate is the one to buy, and it is easy to miss. One concentrate makes three 500ml bottles. You are not paying to ship water three times over, and it decants into the bottle you already own or into a Koala Eco glass apothecary bottle.
- Genuinely food-safe. Rated for the inside of a fridge and for benches where food is prepared, which is a higher bar than a general surface spray and the reason this one earns its spot in a kitchen.
- Acetic acid, which is to say vinegar. Doing a share of the work, alongside a sugar-derived biodegradable alcohol. Simple chemistry rather than a long synthetic list.
- Essential oils as the fragrance and part of the function. Lemon myrtle is one of the more potent botanicals Koala Eco work with, and it is what you smell rather than a masking agent over something else.
- Where we would like more. Koala Eco name two of the ingredients only by function, as a "biodegradable natural solubiliser" and a "biodegradable, natural surfactant", without saying what they are. How to Use
