Mayde's Adventure towel is woven in Turkey from 100% Buldan cotton terry, using Oeko-Tex certified yarn and azo-free dyes. Terry towelling on both sides makes it properly absorbent, and the reversible mega-check means folding it in half gives you either the colour or the natural white. Available as a bath towel, hand towel or bath mat, in Sage or Mustard.

Oeko-Tex certified yarn is the claim that matters on a towel. It means the cotton has been tested for harmful substances, which is the thing you cannot see and cannot wash out. Mayde describe their cotton as free from harmful chemicals and gentle on skin.
Azo-free dyes. Azo dyes are the ones with the genuine health question mark on textiles. Mayde exclude them across the range, which on a bold mustard check is a real decision rather than a default.
100% cotton, so nothing sheds. A microfibre bath mat releases plastic into the wash every cycle. Natural cotton does not, and it biodegrades at the end.
