- Real plant material, not a scented stick. The sage and sandalwood are the incense itself rather than fragrance sprayed onto a blank bamboo core, which is how most incense is made.
- Guar gum as the binder. A plant gum doing the job that synthetic binders usually do, with water as the only other input.
- Full ingredient disclosure from the maker. Genuinely rare here, since most incense lists nothing at all.
- Forty-five minutes per stick. Roughly double a standard stick, so a box of 25 lasts.
